Download From Server 1
Copy file to this folder: Grand Theft AutoVmenyooStuffSpooner
Press F8 to open Menyoo menu, then choose Object Spooner
Choose Manage Saved Files
Choose GALAXY Yacht Party
Finally, choose Load Placements and you can teleport to the yacht.
While on board, you can try relaxing in the pool or punch some drunken jackasses.
Running around in the jet-ski is not a bad choice either.
